I gained my experience by working in hospitality starting as FOH eventually ending up in an assistant manager position within a pub. While working my way up the ladder, I discovered a love for working within the kitchen and spent most of my time in the kitchen instead of the bar. I have only recently joined Monkey Puzzle but it is already an absolute delight, the team have made me feel so welcome.

In my spare time, I'm a busy mum to two young girls and a huge petrol head.

Fun fact about me: I travelled to France to watch the centenary 24hr Le Mans Motorsport race.
