We like to keep things as simple as possible. This helps provide predictability and stability for families by avoiding confusing multi-tier fee structures and hidden costs. Charges are always for the month in advance and you will be invoiced monthly through our convenient ‘paperless’ system through the Famly app.
The fees include all meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the day, including milk formula. They also include nappies, wipes, and creams. There are no additional charges within the fees below. That includes various activities that take place at the nursery such as extra-curricular sessions, trips, and experience days. Its all-inclusive!
Operating Hours
Our core hours are 7.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Our nursery is open 51 weeks of the year. We close for the Bank Holidays and the few days between Christmas and New Year. We also close for two inset days each year.
Standard Sessions Times: Minimum 3 Sessions Over 2 Days Per Week
We want your children to enjoy coming to our nursery therefore we operate with a minimum attendance/session policy to help children settle-in to nursery and a regular routine. In our experience children attending nursery for less than 3 sessions over 2 days per week really struggle to settle quickly which is both upsetting for you as a parent and for your child. So that both you and your child are 100% comfortable with our nursery we offer extended settling-in sessions so that when you finally do choose to leave your child with us, you will be confident that they’re happy. And we know if they’re happy, you’ll be happy!

To secure your place, a non-refundable registration fee of £50 is payable at time of registration.
We accept government funding for 2-year-olds from 1st April 2024, and for 9-months to 2-year-olds from 1st September 2024. A consumable fee (that covers all meals, snacks, sun cream, nappies, wipes, PPE, on site medications and resources such as baking or planting) will be charged on all funded sessions. We also offer the following incentives:
- NHS discount: 5% discount. Recent NHS payslip required – please note Blue Light badges are not accepted)
- Sibling discount (older child only): 10% discount
- Full time discount: 5 weeks per year – Up to £2,050* discount per annum
- All other sessions charged on a 51-week basis instead of 52 weeks
- Government tax-free childcare payments accepted and all childcare vouchers
We accept payments via direct debit, bank transfer, all major childcare vouchers and are also registered for tax free childcare.

Terms and Conditions
Full time hours: 7:30am – 6:30pm | School Day hours: 9:30am – 4:30pm. Minimum attendance: 3 sessions over two days, or 2 school days. Funded places are limited/based on availability and must be agreed with management each term. Meals, sun cream, nappies, wipes, extracurricular classes, and some activity resources are not included in the funding we receive for children, the cost for these are listed in our funding facts pack (which is available upon request). We reserve the right to charge a late payment admin fee to those parents who do not pay their fees by the 1st of each month. Late payment fees are charged at £5 per day for any fees not paid after the 7th day of the month. Late collection fees are charged at £5 per 5 minutes after the scheduled session end time. No refunds will be given for sickness or holidays taken. Funding is allocated on full day first, and we reserve the right to give 2 months’ notice of any changes to funding availability, and changes to our consumable charges. Funded places are not guaranteed for more than a term at a time and are subject to codes being renewed and valid. This is the parent’s responsibility and any money not received from funding due to invalid codes will need to be paid by the parents in full. *Full time discount applied – 5 weeks per annum. Sibling discount available on oldest sibling only. Discounts provided are discretionary and cannot be used with any other promotion. To be eligible for a discount a photographic service card/identification must be provided and verified by the nursery manager. All fees must be paid monthly in advance. We charge a £50 one-off fee for registration. All fees are reviewed annually. A copy of our standard Terms & Conditions are available upon request.
