Nursery Assistant

I have recently started working at Monkey Puzzle and so far I am really enjoying it. Over the last few years I’d looked into working in childcare but I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to be or where to start. Monkey Puzzle really stuck out to me as a great first step. I think the setting is really unique, every day is different and always active. The access to explore the outdoors and surrounding farms I think is a lovely concept for the children and staff! Everyone has been very welcoming and I’ve loved getting to know the children and spending time with different age groups.

I’m looking forward to spending more time at the nursery and hopefully gain some qualifications in the process so that I can continue to be a part of this team and successfully dedicate my career to giving all children the best start in life through supporting their development and education.

An interesting fact about me:

I am a fully qualified beautician, nail technician and a TV & film special effects make-up artist
