Nursery Practitioner

Monkey Puzzle will be the first time I have worked in any nursery setting, I didn't have a lot of experience when. So far I am already really enjoying my time here as everyone has been so kind and welcoming and have put my nerve’s at ease. Through this experience I am looking forward to gaining my qualifications and furthering my skills and knowledge.

Working with children is something that I have always wanted to do as it is much more rewarding as you get to see them grow and develop into these little characters as well have some part in that development. I was previously studying social work at uni but knew that it was not right for me in that moment in time as I am a much more active learner. I am glad I made that decision as so far working at Monkey Puzzle has been really positive as I am constantly active and everyday is different and I don’t feel my self ever dreading coming in to work.

In my spare time it is mainly spent with family and sometime friends and as of recently I have been interested in learning new languages.

Interesting fact about me…

When I get a chance I love playing basketball and I am currently studying a new language
