Nursery Manager

I bring over 15 years of experience in childcare, including 10 years in management roles where I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, supporting families, and nurturing young minds. Working with children has always been a true passion of mine, and it continues to inspire me every day.

As a manager, I place a strong focus on staff wellbeing and mental health. I firmly believe that when educators feel valued, supported, and cared for, they are able to provide the very best experiences for children. Creating a positive, open, and supportive team culture is something I am deeply committed to, and I prioritise wellbeing just as highly as outcomes for children.

Alongside my work in early years education, I’m an aspiring children’s book writer. I love creating stories inspired by the imagination, curiosity, and joy that children bring into the world. I also have a passion for travel and enjoy exploring new places and cultures, which continually broaden my perspective both personally and professionally.

My proudest and most meaningful achievement is becoming a mum. Parenthood has deepened my understanding, empathy, and commitment to supporting children and their families in the best way I can.

I’m really looking forward to getting to know a new set of parents and children, building strong relationships, and creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child — and every team member — can truly flourish.
