SENCO

I have been working in Childcare for almost 7 years. I started at a private Nursery straight from school where I completed all my qualifications, I worked there for almost 7 years. Last year I completed my qualification in SENDCO, and beginning of this year my Understanding Autism qualification. Most of my experience is with 2-3’s, but enjoy working with all age groups.

I have recently joined Monkey Puzzle but I already feel the sense of warmth and love within the nursery. Being on a farm is a great way to help the children to explore the world around them. I adore working with children as they have such a great imagination and enjoy to express themselves!

In my spare time I spend a lot of time with my family as I am very close with them! I also enjoy baking and going shopping!

Interesting fact about me:

I went on an expedition to Borneo for a month when I was 16, I stayed in the rainforest, helped to build a local primary school, planted more seeds to help the rainforest grow and got to go to an orangutan sanctuary!
